Delete your Grpevyne account

App name: Grpevyne | Package: com.grpevyne.app | Developer: Grpevyne Services, Jamaica

You can request deletion of your Grpevyne account and associated personal data. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Sign in to the Grpevyne app.
Open Settings.
Under Data Management, tap Delete My Account.
Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@grpevyne.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Account deletion request". We may ask you to verify your identity.

What is deleted

Firebase Authentication login for your account.
Profile and operational data in our databases (bookings, chat, notifications tied to your user ID), subject to legal exceptions.
Device push tokens associated with your account.

What may be retained

Financial and transactional records required for tax, invoicing, and legal compliance (often up to six years under applicable Jamaican rules).
Minimal audit logs where retention is legally required or necessary for fraud prevention.
Data that has been irreversibly de-identified.

Active subscriptions

If you have a professional subscription through Google Play, cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions before or after account deletion to avoid future charges.

Processing time

Deletion is usually processed within a few minutes once confirmed in-app. Email requests are handled within 30 days.
