Clients already know how to find nail photos. What they struggle with is getting a time without a long back-and-forth. This page is for nail technicians in Jamaica who want that time on a page they can share, and on a calendar they can trust the next morning.

Grapevyne is booking software for service professionals. You get a public profile, a link in the form grpevyne.com/book/your-name, and a calendar. Clients open the link in a browser, look at your services and open times, and sign in when they are ready to book. You are not asking them to download something just to ask if you are free.

What the client sees

  • Your name, your services, and how long those services take, if you add that detail.
  • The times you have marked open. If an hour is blocked or already taken, it is not offered.
  • A booking policy, when you set one: a cancellation notice, and a deposit note if you require one. The deposit is collected by you. Grapevyne does not charge the client’s card.
  • Reviews after a completed booking, which is more useful than a star rating you typed yourself.
  • Your profile when someone searches for a professional nearby on Grapevyne.

Put the link in your Instagram bio and in the reply you send when WhatsApp asks “you free?” The conversation can still happen. It starts from a real slot.

What you work from

The same booking shows up on your calendar. You can block time off for the school run, church, or travel between a client in Portmore and a chair uptown. Walk-ins and appointments that arrived in a chat can be added so they occupy the hour and the link stops giving it away.

Client records stay with those bookings, so the next fill does not depend on you remembering the shape from a camera roll. Reminders go out by email and push to you and the client, about a day before and about an hour before. They help. They do not guarantee anyone will arrive. Paid plans add a work showcase if you want portfolio photos on the profile next to the booking button. The pricing page is the accurate list of what is included. Grapevyne does not take a commission on the service.

What it will not do

It will not fill an empty week by itself. Photos, word of mouth, and actually answering people still do that. It will not stop every no-show. It will not replace a conversation with a regular who wants to send you a voice note. If you want the longer version of those limits, the guides below are written that way on purpose.

A paper diary is a fair choice while the book is small. Move when the diary and the chats start disagreeing. That disagreement is the expensive kind.
